By placing an ad or by having an account you agree that My Friend Spot is the final decision maker if an advertisement meets or breaks any of our policies.4: SUBMISSION & REVIEW
All advertisements are subject to review before publication. We evaluate ads based on many criteria, and below are a limited list of them: * Content and message being presented * Target audience * Destination URL (if applicable) * Compliance with our policies * Compliance with local, State and or Federal lawAds that are false, misleading, offensive, or violate user trust will be rejected. However if for some reason an ad that is in violation of this policy or any other policy on this site is discovered, we reserve the Right to remove the ad. My Friend Spot does not endorse any advertisement or product placed on this site. We are a dynamic community or various beliefs, religions etc, and if an ad is reported to us and we determine that the ad in question is not in violation of our policies we are not saying we agree with what the advertiser is saying or promoting. 9: AI AND DECEPTION
We are aware that AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a "hot" topic contested and debated in online communities. When advertising we do not endorse the use of AI when used to attempt to make potential customers believe something is real when it is not. Ads using AI that do this are in violation of this policy and the advertiser will be either asked to place a disclaimer on the ad, or remove it. Failure or continued failure to violate this policy can result in action taken, that can lead up to the suspension of the advertisers ability to post.10: USING AI TO CLAIM CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT
You cannot post any advertisement claiming someone no matter who they are, or the level of their fame endorses your product, site, and or services unless they in fact do. You cannot use AI or any other kind of image or video tools to make it appear they endorse you.YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MY FRIEND SPOT, LLC. THEIR STAFF, EMPLOYEES, OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, INVESTORS, CONTRACTORS OR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PLACING AN AD, OR CLICKING ON AN AD. ADVERTISERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ADS, AND THE INFORMATION AND LOCATIONS THEY LINK TO / CLAIM ETC. AS AN ADVERTISER YOU AGREE THAT MY FRIEND SPOT, THIS WEBSITE AND ALL STAFF, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY ADS SUCCESS OR PROMISE YOU IN ANY WAY THE LEVEL OF SUCCESS OF ANY AD PLACED.
